Eleanor Rougement was the best friend of Bun Waverly and Gloria Spofford, former nurse at the Eastwick General Hospital, and also a very powerful witch. Similar to Kat Gardener, Eleanor was often compared with “Mother Nature”. Coincidentally, Eleanor exhibited the power of elemental control, which allowed her to manipulate to the elements of air, earth, fire, water, as well as the weather. She also showed signs of healing abilities, as she was able to magically heal the injuries of her former best friend, Bun Waverly.

Eleanor is first seen when Joanna and Penny are looking for information about 'Sebastian Heart' - she rejects their question, stating only that she was the one who killed him all them years and laughs in their face while slamming the door after Joanna tries to hypnotise her.
